The Knife Basket Sterilisation has an impressive 9kW heating unit, heater protection and thermostat adjustment up to 89°C / 192,2°F.

The unit also comes with a digital temperature display as standard.

The Knife Basket Sterilisation has bleeder and drain fitted.

The operation is via an exterior mounted operating unit with on/off-switch and red indicator lamp.
